I’m an American and currently in the country of Georgia. Does anyone know if I can apply for a 60 day tourist visa through the online portal or is it an issue that I am not currently in the US? There is no Thai embassy here, so online is my only option. Thanks!

I see no reason why you can’t apply online. The US consulates use the new e-visa system so it’s all done by email.

When you get to using the ThailandPass system to gain entry you use the visa you’ve obtained as part of that process.
