TLDR : Answer Summary
The original post discusses options for extending a visa for the user's sister who is currently in Thailand on a 45-day visa waiver, which can be extended by 30 days. Various comments suggest the need to clarify the specific type of visa desired, with suggestions of applying for a Non-O visa if she is over 50. Furthermore, some comments mention the possibility of working with agents to secure a Volunteer visa for a longer duration, expressing concerns about the process and requirements for different types of visas.

Typical twat down the pub response. People come here seeking free advice then you start waving your cock about at those trying to help. Where's the wanker emoji?

Jim Faulks well if you know anything about Thailand you would know that if she is 50 or older she can apply for a Non-O visa and extend that for a year based on retirement that's why it fucking matters

It would have been better if she had got a visa before travelling to Thailand but, if she is prepared to pay and take the (small) risk, an agent should be able to get some sort of visa for her. I know agents in Pattaya were charging

What ever Visa u want , she would have to leave the UK to apply for it from her ( own or where she resides ) country and comply to all regs. For that Visa.
I have an Asian wife , we had to do the same for a settlement Visa.. she was refused even after previous visits to the UK.
Not easy to get if it was a settlement Visa u sought.
go visa exempt, find an agent in Thailand n get ed visa. It would probably be advisable to start your search now for a reputable agent before you even get in Thailand.
