TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing difficulties signing house documents from Thailand due to a 'forbidden error'. They inquire about alternatives such as granting power of attorney. Community responses suggest using a VPN to bypass location restrictions and other troubleshooting tips like changing browsers.

i assume you're trying to sign the papers with docusign. I just sold my house last week and i noticed it always asks me to allow it to check my location. I'm not sure if they don't allow you to sign if you're outside the usa but a vpn will solve that if its the issue. I'de try opening the document on other machines too

Try Google Chrome. Try a VPN. Or, notarize at the overpriced, poor customer service, open two days a week, two week wait for an appointment, $182,000,000.00 USD, US Consulate.

Better to use a virtual notary back in the States. Can do online from Thailand if you need documents notarized for the US.

Try a VPN tied to a US connection to fool the browser
