Hi all, I’m applying for O-A online in the UK. One of the attached documents required is ‘Proof of health insurance letter’. 

I intend if visa is approved to buy health insurance when in Thailand but how do you get a letter from a company prior to purchasing their insurance?

Or what happened if you buy insurance then the visa is refused, is there a refund ?

Sorry the rules are easy to follow, if you like a visa you meet the requirements, if you do no like the requirements you do not apply for that visa and choice another type of visa. Good Luck

Read all recent posts re O-A visa... There is a recent post from a UK citizen obtaining the O-A with a policy obtained in the UK which was accepted by the UK Thai Embassy.

because an extension of the Non O would require meeting financial requirements in Thailand....vs O-A meeting them in home country.
