TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing difficulties downloading their 3-page bank statements, crucial for their Non O marriage visa application, from a PDF file on an iPad. Despite the PDF displaying all pages, the download only shows the first page. Several community members suggest combining the pages into one PDF using merging tools or apps, and recommend alternative methods such as visiting a local library for assistance or taking a photo of the statements. Other users share their experiences with bank statement submissions and clarify the recent requirement changes for visa applications.

Do you have to upload the actual individual Bank Statements (which I find are very bulky, with a lot of bank advertising and at least 2 pages for each period) or can you simply upload the pdf of 3 months of transactions from your bank's internet site?

I was approved in five days from DC using only the first page that showed the required balance.

If you are not computer savvy your local library should be able to help you out in attaching all 3 items on to 1 pdf file for you if your stuck, perhaps ask them to show you whilst there doing it for future issues that may appear .

If you put your ฿400,000 in a separate, dedicated, fixed deposit account it wouldn’t be an issue.

You have to find an app/program that will merge the 3 statements into 1 .Should be able to upload from 1 drive after you have merged them

Peter H Bates No, you need to download a separate PDF program that allows you to convert documents to PDF and also combine them into a single document or file.

Check out PDF Arranger or PDFsam Basic

When you uploaded them did you put the 3 pages into a single pdf? If you didn't then each page overwrites the last

no the 3 pages are in the one pdf when I open the PDF it shows the 3 pages scrolled under each other. When I am taken to the file and click on it to download to the application and I review it, it only shows the first page the other 2 pages are not there. I have little computer skills, I have sent them an email with the 3 pages asking if this is acceptable and I am waiting for a reply. Thanks John for your help

Danny Jones Probably not, they want everything uploaded in the application. Try to do it one more time. Be sure that everything is one file and upload again. Helped a friend with the same issue a while ago.
