TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking assistance with uploading documents for a Non-O visa application from the UK due to a lack of computer skills. Helpful responses suggest methods for uploading, such as using drag-and-drop functionality, ensuring the documents are in JPEG or PDF format, and keeping file sizes below 3 Mb. Recommendations also include taking photos of documents instead of scanning them, using online tools to merge files, and seeking help from friends or family. Some suggest hiring an agent for assistance.

I applied through London last year and files had to be JPEG it wouldn’t accept PDF files
What I did was scan and load documents onto Home Screen into individual files then drag and drop them as required and I found that easier because I have limited computer knowledge
Your scanner can load files in different formats eg PDF or JPEG
I just took pictures of them, in my case was marriage visa, approved first try, never asked for further documentd or anything, you don't necessarily need to scan, can take pictures with your phone then upload those
Your scanned documents will be saved in a file. Open "documents". Then go into the Visa application, login and up in the right hand corner of your screen you can choose to split screen. You'll have your documents and your Visa application visible. Then drag your documents to where you need them.
Or alternatively save your documents in photos, have your Visa application open and click where it says upload and all your photos will appear. Click on the ones you need and they will open and click save. They should automatically upload.
