No one mentioned the nightmare that uploading the various documents in the correct format would be. Maybe it's because I'm old and crap at such things.
It took me hours!
Awaiting the verdict.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Many expats find the process of uploading various documents for visa applications in Thailand to be quite challenging. Users have reported difficulties with ensuring the correct formats and sizes for their documents, leading to lengthy and frustrating experiences. Some have sought external help, such as legal services, to manage the process more effectively.
Keep at it,im not technically savy but had great help from everyone. It was really straightforward after a bit of research from the search function. Don't stress it.
Other request documents: - Kindly upload your E-ticket (from UK/Ireland/UK territories to Thailand) downloaded directly from the airline's official website. Tickets from agency websites or screenshots will not be accepted.

Anonymous participant sorry about that, mine was straightforward in Vientiane. Had my visa in 3 days
That's great. The London Embassy just said that the request for the photo was due to a problem their end. But they do want an eticket. Norsk do not offer them so I've had to cancel that ticket and am trying to rebook with a main carrier like BA or something - they won't accept screenshots. This has been the worst application I've made in over a decade!
