How can I manage document uploads for a 90 day Non O visa application in Thailand's E-visa system?

I'm applying for my 90 day Non O visa, to start my marriage visa application.

Using the E-visa system is proving annoying, to say the least. It seems to allow only a single document per section, which is fine for most sections. However, the financial section also only allows one document, but asks you for many to prove your income.

So, I got the inevitable, more documents required email. I sign back in only to find that it only allows a single upload out of the six that I want to present. Talk about 'ministry of crap design' !

I merged all of the pdf files into a single file, uploaded it, and now hope for the best. How does everyone else manage this little problem ?

Just like you said. Merge into a single file

That's not the immediate thought of the less tech savvy people. It would be far easier just to allow people to upload the individual files up to the 3mb size limit.

Frustrating system, from 'the ministry of crap design'.

it's better than it used to be. The system used to be jpg only, no pdf allowed.
