Hi everyone,

When applying for a LTR Visa, has anyone had an issue with uploading documents? My problem is I save my documents but when I go to upload them to the LTR application site, they are not showing. They are where they are supposed to be. However when I use the upload feature on the LTR site, most are nowhere to be found. All are .pdf.

Appreciate any help. This is only thing holding me up. I reached out to BOI as well.

Thank you.

Answer summary

A user seeks assistance with uploading documents for their LTR Visa application, as the files are saved but not appearing on the application site. Community members suggest checking file sizes, ensuring they are below 3MB, and combining multiple documents into a single PDF if needed.

If the LTR site is like other Thai evisa sites, you only get 1 document upload per category, so if you have multiple documents combine them into a single PDF

All I can suggest is check the size of the files you are uploading, typically if they are above 3mb they don't upload
