Anyone knows how to transfer a Visa stamp to a new passport?

I don't have an embassy here and I've been on continuous NON type visa since 2014.

Can I do it abroad? My closest option is Malaysia where there's both my embassy and a Thai consulate.

Thank you in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on transferring a Thai NON visa stamp to a new passport without an embassy nearby, suggesting Malaysia as an option due to the presence of both their embassy and a Thai consulate. A commenter advises taking both passports to the immigration office along with a request letter to facilitate the transfer.

Guessing you are on an extension of stay and not a visa anymore. Just take old and new passport. (and the letter asking immigration to move stamps) to immigration and they will move the stamps
