Can anyone help please This may sound silly but I'm attempting to apply for a thai visa online and when I take a current photo of myself and my bio passport page all I get is file to large Any ideas folks tia

If only the size of files matter, there are many free online services to convert or compress size of photos, PDFs, etc.

There are a lot of free and paid software programs that reduces photo sizes that you can find online, or built into your computer.

One easy trick is to send the photos yourself via Facebook Messenger, it'll reduce the size of the picture automatically.
