Make sure you need one. Kasikorn and Krungsri banks are now requesting tax number from their customers to "follow CRS and other international standards".

Anonymous participant 292 are you sure they work with ALL promptpay ? Mycountry payment app TnG Wallet also work with promptpay BUT only if the vendor is using a business bank account and not personal account. Most big biz like BigC and large restaurants/hotels do. Many street vendors and mom and pop shops don't and it will give error messages
