Just get a resident certificate and your password and go in every bank until one says yes . Sometimes go back cause they are different daily

make TM30 and go to the nearest immigration office, they provide you with resident sertificate

Make sure you need one. Kasikorn and Krungsri banks are now requesting tax number from their customers to "follow CRS and other international standards".

Mycountry payment app TnG Wallet also work with promptpay BUT only if the vendor is using a business bank account and not personal account. Most big biz like BigC and large restaurants/hotels do. Many street vendors and mom and pop shops don't and it will give error messages
