TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your Non Imm B visa and obtain a multi-entry stamp, contact your company's admin team to reach out to the local immigration office for documentation requirements. It's advisable to apply for your extension well before the expiration date to ensure a smooth process.

You need to have your company contact the immigration office in your area and get the documentation requirements so you can apply for a yearly extension.

You should have had them contact the immigration office way earlier than this because there is no down side to applying for your extension a month or a few weeks early. They add the new extension to your current expiration date.
