TLDR : Answer Summary
An Indian passport holder can only get a 7-day extension on a 60-day tourist visa in Thailand, except in cases related to COVID-19, where a 60-day extension may be available if requested within a specific timeframe.

I'm wrong... you can only get a 7 day extension of stay extension on an Indian passport, OR a 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19 :( IF you are within the right time frame, request a 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19 tomorrow (the last day they are selling the extension)
