Hey, everyone!

I am Non-B visa holder. I want to go back to school to further my studies and I have been given the offer from the university. I want to quit my job because I can't do my work and study at the same time. Can I change my Non-B visa into Non-ED visa and how can I do this?

Thank you!!!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about changing their Non-B visa to a Non-ED visa after receiving a university offer in Thailand. Comments reveal that once a visa is issued, the reason cannot typically be changed. Suggestions include staying within the allowed duration and applying for a new Non-ED visa after leaving Thailand, or first obtaining a covid extension visa before applying for the Non-ED visa.

I'm in a similar situation. At the end of the school year, I will transfer to a Thai language education visa. But I heard that I need to transfer to a covid extension visa first, and then transfer to the Ed visa after. Can anyone confirm?

As it is unknown what kind of visa you have or I even guess you have an Extension of Stay and not a visa, i do not know what is similar in your situation or if it has anything to do with this topic.

Make your own topic and explain what you want to do inside Thailand.

You can stay during the 90 days you got when you entered Thailand or applied for this visa, leave and return with a new Non Immigrant ED visa.

You can not change the reason of the visa you applied for after the visa is approved and issued.
