Regarding the wise transfers to bkk bank now coded as something other than the previous FTT code. I downloaded the wise invoice pdf which clearly shows it was as n international transfer. However i think is best to start doing wise as a swift transfer to avoid any confusion. Comments?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses concerns about the classification of Wise transfers to Bangkok Bank, with a focus on avoiding confusion over transfer codes. Users suggest verifying the partner bank on invoices and share personal experiences with both Wise and SWIFT transfers, mentioning the high costs of SWIFT. The consensus indicates that ensuring proper classification is key, and some advocate for transferring directly to banks like Kasikorn to simplify the process.
I may try swift once to see what the actual cost ends up but some are saying the wise receipt should be sufficient for immigration to accept as a foreign transfer
there's a FAQ on Wise about Thai baht transfers that tells you what you need to do if it's important to prove an international transfer. Even Wise recommend using SWIFT if it showing as an international transfer in your thai bank is important
