we have to leave Thailand every 90 days . We came back in 6th may , my passport has leaving date of 3rd Aug, my partnerโ€™s has 4th June, is there anyway to get the date changed on his visa?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about changing the entry date on their partner's Non-O visa after returning to Thailand, facing issues with a mis-stamped entry. Community responses highlighted procedures for correcting entry stamps based on the method of entry (air vs. land), stressing the importance of visiting the appropriate immigration office or border for changes.

Tod Daniels I've read by multiple commenters that the multiple entry 'O' visa is no longer available from any Thai Embassy, this comment seems to contradict that assumption.

, itโ€™s not available at any Thai embassy on eVisa application system since late last year. There still be many people who have multiple entry visa issued before that as Non-immigrant type multiple entry visas are valid for one year.

As of today, multiple entry Non-O visas are available for specific reasons still at some Thai embassy/consulate around SEA where you apply for a visa in person

It appears that person was stamped in on a เธœ.30 visa exempt entry for 30 days not on the last 90 day entry you were making on that Non-O multi-entry visa ๐Ÿ™ .

IF you flew in you can go to any immigration office and ask for the stamp to be corrected

OR

you can go to the airport you flew in at and get it corrected there

Whereas;

If you entered by land the immigration office is not obligated to correct a bad land entry stamp.

They can (and often do) send you back to the land border you stamped in at to correct it

All you can do is go to the immigration office where you stay and see if they will correct the stamp for you.

Worst case they say no, then you either go to the airport if you flew in or back to the land border you entered at.
