Hi! Good Morning to all. I have a question about ED Visa. I am currently enrolled and taking my master in Naresuan University in phitsanulok and I want to change my visa from expired non - b to ED. 

Hope someone knows anything for this matter.

Expired non b= amnesty. Amnesty = Ed , try contacting some visa advisory co. Try your best so not have to go out of Thailand saving time to study !

has said above, there have been reported cases of switching to ED visa, but it's done by the school through an agreement with their immigration office. Try again

From comments I’ve read studying at a university allows you to switch from amnesty to Ed visa, but like a lot of things I guess it’s up to the actual immigration office you use. Best option would be go talk to them.

they wanted me to go outside Thailand. I am currently enrolled and class are on going if borders will be open I need to do quarantine which I can because it will be 14 days.

The Captain confirms no new announcement for this case (Changing Non B to Non ED can not be done in Thailand), however you are permitted to stay in Thailand til September 26. And she said that we all need to wait for the updated news from the government about the measures.
