Please help. I have an Ed visa but it will expire soon. I have finished my BA. I want to change to a non b and get a work visa but I don't want to leave the country.

You must first have a job in order to do that. You can not get it changed so you can look for a job, you must have a job offer, in writing, already, and the employer must supply all the documentation required.
