How can Canadians in Bangkok obtain a COVID extension letter for their visa?
Any Canadians in bkk that recently successfully got the covid extension? Can you please share how you handled the embassy letter piece?
Answer summary
Canadians in Bangkok seeking a COVID extension should check the Canadian consulate's website or email them to confirm if they issue the required letter for the extension. If the consulate indicates they no longer issue such letters, it's advisable to print the confirmation email as proof to present during the visa process.

and did you look on the canadian consulate website to see if it says they do or don't issue the letter OR did you email the canadian consulate to asking if they issue the covid extension letter?
If they answer they don't issue it anymore take that email print out with you

thanks Tod, yes I looked through the website but didn't see anything mentioning about this letter. My next step would be emailing them.Activity
