Does the "savings" account for a Thai visa application need to be the same as the income deposit account?
Does the "savings" account need to be the same as the bank account income is deposited into? I guess I would just show the history of both accounts?

No it doesn't have to .I showed one for the 500K and the other 2 were for salary deposits
