Does the new 5-month bank deposit rule for retirement visa apply to my case after my renewal?

Hi. I got my retirement visa renewal on January 28 based on 800k / 3 months deposit. 1 week later, immigration comes w new rule of 5 months (2 prior n 3 after). Does this new tile apply to my case as well eventhough I got my extension before enactment of new rule? Thks for advise.
