TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the timing of their 90-day report and the expiration of their retirement visa. Commenters confirm that they can do the 90-day report as early as 15 days prior and that being up to 7 days late results in no fine, suggesting they will be fine to do the report on August 22 even with their visa expiring the next day.

ahh, okay :O it wasn't mentioned your money won't hit the 3 month seasoning period until the 20th,

Don't worry you can do a 90 day report up to 7 days late with no fine.

You can do a 90 day report up to 15 days early. I'd say just go as soon as you can and do your 90 day report AND apply for your extension too.

You don't lose any days going early for your extension, because they ADD the new year onto your current expiration date

You will be fine. for the 90 day report you can do it in person 7 days late with NO fine.

usually it's the original Non-O visa, every yearly extension after that, your current entry stamp, and the TM.6 departure card.
