Quick question in the 72 hours that me frame the test result time count or when you did your sample? Because I'm in contact with a laboratory and they says the sample time count... What's the experience? The test result time is okay?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 72-hour timeframe for COVID-19 test results is counted from the time the results are issued, not from the sample collection time. This is in accordance with the information provided by various embassies that specify the results must be issued within 72 hours of the first flight listed on the Certificate of Entry (COE).
Ryan ********
The RESULTS must be issued within 72 hours of your first flight listed on your COE.

It will say on your countries embassy page, every embassy I’ve seen so far says “issued/result” and not the sample
