Hi folks,

Any APEC card holders in here? My 90 days visa expiring soon and I was wondering if it falls under the amnesty blanket. Any advice would be highly appreciated :)

Thanks and stay healthy!

Sadly, I think it's gonna take one of the APEC card holders actually slogging to the immigration office to see what they say about it being covered on the blanket amnesty until the 30th.

BUT

I wanted to ask IF you came in on an APEC card and got 90 days that's running out soon, it means you came in end of January, and you are telling me in the months leading up to the borders closing you didn't see this shit-storm on the horizon and bounce out and back at the end of Feb or beginning of March to get a NEW 90 day stamp? What's up with that?

Yes. i came in end of January. When this shit starts to happened, I feel that it's too risky and unsafe to travel anywhere plus taking into consideration that will be quarantined for a total of 1 month (will go crazy). Anyway will check with Singapore embassy and Thai Immigration. Thanks.

yes I came in in February and its expiring in May. Sure I saw all the craze but it didnt worry me (back then). By the time borders where closing everywhere I felt Iโ€˜d still have time and this will blow over before my expiration day. Well we all know what happened then

Hi Manuel, I am from Singapore and using APEC Card too. My Visa ending on 27 April, was wondering how things are going to work out too. Looking forward for any updates on your post. Thanks. Stay safe.

I'd say try to call the APEC office here in thailand call the immigration office and ask them or slog on out there.

If I had to guess I'd say you are covered but check with them to make sure. ..
