TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires whether their daughter, a Thai national and UK resident, needs to be present in Thailand to complete the property transfer into her name. A comment suggests she does not need to be present if she arranges a notarized Power of Attorney (POA) to send to Thailand, and recommends consulting a lawyer for assistance.
