Hello admins and everyone,

I would like to ask about "Stamps transferring process to new passport"

My current visa is Non-O Spouse Visa.

I have all documents needed.

Question is: Does my husband need to be present for this process?

Thank you very much for sharing your experiences! :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The process of transferring visa stamps to a new passport for a Non-O Spouse Visa does not require the husband's presence. The user is simply moving their current extension and re-entry permit to the new passport.

No he doesn't ๐Ÿ™‚, you are not applying for a new extension,

you are just moving the current extension re-entry permit to the new passport

so your husband does not need to go with you
