Hi, my wife wants to study in Thailand, but I don't. 

If she studies something and gets an ED visa, can I tag along on her visa? 

Sorry for lack of correct terminology, I hope you can understand my meaning.

nope, as far as I know spouses of people studying cannot get a Non-O visa and matching extension.
