TLDR : Answer Summary
You can apply for a Non-O visa at Chaeng Wattana based on visiting your Thai spouse if you enter Thailand on a 60-day tourist visa. Make sure you have at least 15 days remaining on your current visa when applying. Additionally, there is an option to enter visa exempt for 30 days, extend that for another 30 days, and then apply for a 60-day family visit extension, which could set you up nicely to apply for the Non-O visa as married to a Thai national.

Short answer...Yes as Ellie replied...

Another entry option...

You can enter visa exempt = 30 days ...

Plus ONE 30 day extension = 60 days

AND

THen...apply for the ONE time 60 day FAMILY Visit extension...

= 30+30+60= 120 days max stay.

During that time you could apply for the Non O as Married to Thai followed by the one year extension based on Marriage to Thai...

Yes, IF you meet the requirements and you still have 15days or more remaining with your current stamp as of application day.
