Seeking advice please. Does your employment contract need to state ‘remote’ work for a DTV visa or would ‘home based’ suffice?

TLDR : Answer Summary
For securing a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) in Thailand, the employment contract needs to explicitly state that the work is 'remote'. The contract should confirm that the individual is permitted to work remotely in Thailand and must not engage in employment with any Thai employer or business.
It needs to state that you’re able to work remotely in Thailand and that you will not engage in employment in Thailand with any Thai employer or business
