Can I Extend My Tourist Visa by 7 Days at Samui Immigration?
I was told I can extend my tourist visa 60+30 for an additional 7 days at Samui immigration. Is this correct?
Answer summary
You can extend your 60-day tourist visa for an additional 30 days at Samui immigration for a cost of ฿1,900. However, the option to add just 7 more days is not considered an official extension, and you may need to leave the country after that period. It's recommended to confirm with the immigration office directly for the most accurate information.

If you have had your tourist visa for 60 days, ( not those with 30 days tourist visa) You could pay 1900 baht and extend it for another 30 days making it to 90 days in the country. But you need to approve your residency address.

It is not an Extension of Stay. Your application will be NOT approved and you get 7 days to leave the country.
