TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about the necessity of having a witness with a blue book for a marriage visa in Thailand, indicating difficulty in finding such a witness in residential areas. Comments suggest that witnesses should be readily available given that all Thais are listed in blue books, and they offer advice on making connections in the community.

Sorry to hear that you have no Thai friends who are able to take a short interview and confirm that you are married,

As finding witnesses has not much to do with Visa advice, I close it,

Good luck

Every Thai is listed in a blue book, There are about 69 million Thais in this country and you say they are hard to find?
