Hello! We have recently relocated from Central to Northern Thailand, and need to do our 90-day check-in mid-month. However, we haven't switched over to our new visas yet. But the landlady has done TM.30. Do we need to wait to get on our Lampang visas? Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have recently relocated and your landlady has completed the TM.30, you can proceed with your 90-day check-in at your new local immigration office as normal, regardless of whether your new visas have been issued yet.
