Hi all, have friends flying in on the 31st from Africa. They're prepared to quarantine but do they need COE as the Thai pass has now stopped? It's two fully vaccinated parents and a baby.

If they haven't yet applied for the Thailand Pass I don't fancy their chances of getting in on the 31st. Have the arranged hotel quarantine and insurance?

COE has been replaced by the ThailandPass. It hasn’t stopped, just applications for the test and go. You can still apply doing 7 days quarantine in Bangkok or the Phuket sandbox scheme. Although I’m not sure if eligible for the latter from Africa.
