A user inquired about the requirements for their friends, a family of three (two adults and an infant), planning to travel to Thailand. They have two Thailand Passes for the adults but were concerned about the baby's lack of a pass due to a delayed passport. Community responses confirmed that children under 12 do not require a Thailand Pass, suggesting that the family should be able to enter Thailand without an issue for the baby.
this is not an official Thailand website. It's a for profit agency.

No. All travelers, except children under the age of 12 (for quarantine exemption travelers) or 18 (for sandbox travelers), are Thailand pass required. If you have children under the age of 12 or 18, they will not need to register for the Thailand Pass.
this is correct we just travelled with our 3 children (9, 3 and 2) under test&go and they had to be added to our thai pass applications....at both heathrow airport and phuket airport it was checked very specifically

Iâd say no and theyâll have to do the sandbox in Phuket but I would ring them or the thai embassy to find out. There on holiday till 4th January though
itâs an alternative to state quarantine, you have to stay on the island of Phuket for 7 nights but after you receive your results from your first pcr test you have when landing at Phuket airport, if negative you are then able to leave your room hotel complex and explore Phuket during the day but must return back to your hotel at night to sleep
