If I'm changing planes in Doha and continuing on to BKK but not leaving the terminal, do I also have to fulfill Qatar COVID entry rules? I'm assuming not, but you never know these days. If anyone here connected through Hamad Int'l Airport, how was your experience there?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are transiting through Doha without leaving the terminal, you typically do not need to comply with Qatar's COVID-19 entry rules. Several users confirmed that as long as you remain in the international transit area and do not enter Qatar, you should only need paperwork for your final destination, Thailand. Experiences shared suggest that transit passengers have not been asked for COVID-related documentation while connecting flights at Hamad International Airport.
If your flights are all booked on one itinerary and you get all of your boarding passes at your departure airport, you won't have any issues. I've transited Doha 4 times during covid and never been asked for anything.
