Hello!
For freelancers applying for DTV, does anyone know what should be submitted for “employment contract” since the nature of freelancers is that we don’t have them?
Also, some professions don’t have portfolios like a designer or coder would. Does anyone have success in substituting with another doc?
TLDR : Answer Summary
Freelancers applying for a DTV visa in Thailand face challenges regarding the documentation required, particularly concerning the employment contract. Since freelancers typically do not have traditional employment contracts, suggestions include submitting contractor agreements from companies they work with. Additionally, some freelancers may use alternative proofs of their work, such as trading licenses or online platforms like personal websites or YouTube channels, especially if they lack a formal portfolio.
