I just received my new USA passport. My current extension to stay (in the old PP) is valid until November 30, 23. Any reason to transfer the stamp now as opposed to next month ?

nope no issue at all,

just know you're in for a long day 🙂 and usually they are less than thrilled you're wanting to move the stamps & get an extension at the same time..
