My current extension of stay (business) runs out at the end of Nov '25.
I have just renewed my UK passport.
To save a distant trip to immigration can I leave my stamp in my old passport and get it put into my new passport when renewed in Nov.
Or do I need to transfer the stamp now?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on transferring their visa stamp from an old UK passport to a newly issued passport before the expiration of their current visa extension in Thailand. Responses suggest it is advisable to transfer the stamp as soon as possible to avoid issues during the extension application process, as immigration may want to see it transferred ahead of time.
They'll certainly want to see everything transferred before you apply for the extension. In my case just transferring stamps took hours as they are seemingly very suspicious of the new UK passports which, seemingly, have a reputation for being counterfeited. Immigration were very apologetic about it but insisted they had to check. I went and had a long lunch in the middle of the process
