TLDR : Answer Summary
Upon arrival in Thailand, it is mandatory to report to immigration by filing a TM30 within 24 hours if you are staying at a property that requires it. Additionally, you must report your presence in Thailand every 90 days by filing the TM47 form.

TM30 within 24 hours.

TM47 after 90 days.

The property owner of any property in Thailand must report the arrival of a foreigner within 24 hours. This is called a TM30.

You will report that you've been in Thailand for 90 consecutive days by filing form TM47. The address on the TM47 you file must match the most recent TM30 that was filed for you.
