How does the 90-day report work after re-entering Thailand on an OA visa?

Question on 90 day report.

I have an OA visa. I very recently left the country and returned, extending my “stay date” successfully. I have just received a reminder to do my online 90 day report in the next 15 days or so.

I thought the 90 days was reset from date of re-entry? Do I just ignore this or do I need to contact immigration to reset the 90 day date?

Thx

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have an OA visa and have recently returned to Thailand, your 90-day reporting period does not reset automatically with the re-entry. You should primarily focus on your initial entry, as the 90 days will count down from that date. It is suggested that you can ignore the auto-generated reminder for the 90-day report and prepare to file it based on your re-entry date, which is effectively counted from your last entry into Thailand.

Did you file a TM30 with your Thai immigration office when you returned to Thailand?

If not... Suggest that you ask your Thai immigration office for their requirement about reporting your Thai address upon return to Thailand and living in your same address as before.

Just ignore it, it is auto-generated and does not know that you re-entered. As you said, your next 90 day is due 89 days after you entered.
