Hi. I’m due to extend my non-b for another year next week, and I also need to renew my work permit. Due to some scheduling issues I have to do the work permit tomorrow. My non-b is valid until the 26th. Do I need to extend the visa before I renew the work permit or can I do the work permit first?

Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can renew your work permit before extending your non-B visa. The work permit renewal can be completed without needing to extend the visa first.
