hello i have some questions.

I have my non-immigrant B visa, work contract and I am a direct hire to my employer but I dont have any working permit.... Do I need to get an OEC before travelling from Philippines to Thailand? or am I exempted since Im still not an OFW and I dont have my working permit yet? 🙏

You would be better asking in a Philippino group as you don't need these things for Thailand but you might need them when exiting the Philippines
