Hello all,does anyone know the process re changing a non O retirement visa to a non B working visa,can this be done in country once a work permit is ready?

the WP3 form is issued first in order to get the non B..my question is can a non O be switched to a non B in country or will leaving the country be the only option available?

Ask your employer as they prepare the documentation and an in country Non-B usually requires much more documentation than one from abroad
