TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your stay in Thailand with a stamp on arrival for 30 days, you generally do not need to fill out any additional forms if you are from a visa exempt country. However, if you wish to extend further, you will need to visit the nearest immigration office where you can obtain and fill out a TM7 form, along with other required documents such as copies of your passport and an entry stamp, a passport photo, and a fee of 1,900 baht. Some offices may also require proof of TM30 registration.

You will need to fill out a TM7 form, which is the form to request an extension. You’ll need copies of your passport data page, your entry stamp and TM6 (all signed by you). You need a passport photo and 1,900 baht.

Some offices may require you to show that a TM30 has been filed (if you’re at a hotel the hotel should be able to print a screenshot of your filing).

Most offices have photocopy and photo places on-site or nearby.

If you want to extend your stay in Thailand go to the nearest immigration office where they will explain to you what tö do and even supply you with the necessary forms.

If you're from a 'visa exempt' country no additional forms required.

Marco Filippini. UK is visa exempt, so no visa required and no additional form to complete. Along with all arrivals to Thailand you will be given an immigration card to fill in on the plane.
