Question regarding TM30 Report.

I arrived on 07 Nov at ASQ Hotel in Bangkok from Germany so I guess they did the TM30 as normal procedure.

On Sunday I will get out of ASQ and will stay at my Condo, which I had left end of june.

But on Monday I will already leave to Hua Hin and stay at a Hotel, which will Report again normally.

So should I report the TM30 once I‘m back in my Condo from Hua Hin or on Sunday within 24 hrs.

Normally the Agency of my landlord did the TM30 report for me, but with all the rules changing I just wanna make sure I inform my landlord on time.

I‘m really confused and would appreciate your advice.

Many Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on when to report the TM30 upon returning to their condo after ASQ quarantine, given they will only stay there briefly before leaving for Hua Hin. Responses indicate that the reporting rules can vary by location, and it's generally advisable to report within 24 business hours after arriving at a new location. However, since immigration offices are closed on Sundays and the user will only be in the condo for a day, some suggest that reporting may not be necessary in this specific situation.

I see a visit to BluPort Mall once you get to Hua Hin (they accept TM30's there) to see what the policy is.

thanks for your Response🙂

I‘m confused 🙈

I just go to Hua Hin for a „Holiday stay“ in a Hotel. Normally the Hotel should Report, shouldn‘t they?

My only address is in Bangkok, which I would need to Report via my landlord as soon as I am back there or am I wrong?

sorry my mistake I thought your condo was IN Hua Hin..

You're correct, when you stay in Hua Hin the place you stay will report you and as long as you filed a TM30 BEFORE you went down there here in Bangkok you'll be okay when you come back..

Thanks for your reply once again 😊

I will just text the Agency of my landlord on Sunday then, when I get out of ASQ and let them know I‘m back in my Condo, as I was in Germany for the past 4 months, but I live at the same address for 2 years now. They always did the TM30 for me.

As for Hua Hin Hotel they will Report anyway on Monday when I check-in.

But then I don’t have to report again if I‘m back in my condo in Bangkok from my „Hua Hin holiday“

I never did the TM30 myself, so I will just inform the agency of my landlord again and ask for the receipt.

This TM30 topic is just so confusing 🙈

I had to report for the first time when I left quarantine last Saturday, I travelled to phuket and couldn't report Sunday as shut.reported Monday with no problems.

1. Different immigration offices have different rules for enforcing the TM30. Some want it done no later then 24 business hours after you arrive at a location, some only want it when you first arrive to Thailand.

2. Since, in theory, you need to report yourself no later then 24 business hours after you arrive at a location, and since you will be staying at your condo only for one day on a Sunday, and since immigration is closed on a Sunday, I wouldn't bother reporting yourself to immigration.

Many thanks for your quick response. My Visa is from CW.

So as I have never reported myself before, always the Agency of my landlord. Do I understand correctly, That I could just let my Landlord do the Report for me once I am back in my Condo from Hua Hin?

Yep, just let your landlord report you when you return from your break in Hua Hin.
