Can I apply for a multiple entry Non-O visa upon arrival in Thailand?

I left here February off the ed visa and I know they are cracking down , I just don't want any issues as I'm legitimate doing things legally

Also if I come in on visa exempt for 3 weeks then return 26 days later will they let me enter to change too the non o spouse visa ,?

yes, that would work just fine. As long as you're okay with leaving Thailand at least once every 90 days.

Make sure you go to Savannakhet as that's the only consulate that does it. Vientiane does not.

then you can't do it. Marriage non-O usually gets a 30 day under consideration stamp and they might want to do a home visit. 3 weeks is not enough time. You'll need to do it when you return or you can get it from Thai embassy in your home country and then apply for a re-entry permit before you leave for work, then apply for your 1 year extension when you return from your job.

If you already have the 400,000 in your Thai bank account shouldn't be any issues in applying for your extension.

marriage i am legally married to thai. but I will be leaving 3 weeks after arrival for a 26 day job then will be returning.
