Hey everyone, I’ve just arrived back into Thailand. I have been to see my landlord about documents for my TM30. Luckily she told me she can do it online now. (I did it myself previously) I have to do an extension on my ED visa on Friday. I’m just wondering do I need to take any proof that she registered me or will it all be in the system? TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary

The participants share that while the registration is typically in the system, having a proof such as a screenshot or receipt can be helpful, especially when visiting immigration offices.

For Chiang Mai you can go upstairs and get the actual receipt after you file. No need to show anything. Just passport

That comes in handy when you travel and return so you don’t need to trouble your landlord

it will be in the system, but you can ask a proof that it is done. These are the types of proof accepted by Immigration:

Get a screenshot of the entry printed by landlord if possible (can't get a print out from the system) or with phone camera and print it. I needed it in CM for an extension. Different department access to TM30 online records.
