Are there any issues applying for a Non-O visa in Vietnam before going to Thailand?

Just wanted to check there are no issues in applying for Non O visa in Vietnam.

They will want proof of current location - take a picture of your Vietnam passport stamp and your boarding pass for your flight to Vietnam. Of course you'll need to meet the financial requirements for the type of visa you apply for.
