I m flying back home this mid Dec. Contract expiring May next year. But company may terminate contract this year end when I am overseas if we cannot reach an agreement to revised contract term by year end. Company informed me that I do not need to be present in Thailand when they cancel my work permit and non- B visa. This is correct? I be having the work permit with me when I fly out.
